The movie takes a turn when Chandru finds out about Sona’s cancer and decides to grant her final wish of performing on stage with his band. Ninaithale Inikkum was filmed around various locations in Singapore such as Paya Lebar Airport, Mount Faber, Orchard Towers and the Singapore River.
